The Division of State Purchasing announced a new state term contract for Management Consulting Services (80101500-25-STC), which is effective from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2028.

This contract offers the following 9 consulting service categories to its departments around the state..

The nine Service Categories are:

1. Organization Strategy Development
2. Project Management Consulting
3. Program Research, Planning, Analyses, Scenarios, Reports, and Evaluations Consulting
4. Executive Leadership Development and Customized Training
5. Policy, Program, Regulation, and Development Consulting
6. Process and Productivity Improvement and Advisory Assistance Consulting
7. Litigation Consulting
8. Systems Alignment and Consolidation Support
9. Comprehensive Grants Management Services for Federal Disaster and Emergency Assistance Programs

The 9 “work areas” identified represent the entirety of the State’s contract.  GARDANT chose 5 of the areas to pursue which best align with its experience and skill and was awarded contract coverage for all five.
