The U.S. Navy Patuxent River Blanket Ordering Agreement for Electronic Commodities and Research is a contracting mechanism used by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Maryland. It fast-tracks the purchase of critical electronic hardware and research support for naval aviation programs.
